Fundamentals of Videonystagmography: Theory, Practice, and Clinical Cases

The Inventis Academia is thrilled to announce an exclusive opportunity to delve into the fundamental principles of videonystagmography (VNG).
Led by the esteemed Dr. Vishal Pawar, this comprehensive course is structured to provide participants with essential knowledge and practical skills. Through 3 online sessions, followed by a hands-on session in Dubai, participants will gain valuable insights into the intricacies of VNG procedures.

PROGRAM:

• Course Day 1:

  Fundamentals of videonystagmography_lesson1 
  This first sessions will focus on the oculomotor tests: Saccades, Smooth pursuit, Optokinetic.
• Course Day 2: 
  March 20, 05:00 pm CET (08:00 pm GST) - ONLINE
  Fundamentals of videonystagmography_lesson2 
  It is time to go through the vestibular tests and in particular on the Gaze, Spontaneous in light and dark, Head shaking and Hyperventilation tests.
• Course Day 3: 
  April 3, 06:00 pm CEST (08:00 pm GST) - ONLINE
  Fundamentals of videonystagmography_lesson3 
  This last online session will cover positional testing for the treatment of common pathologies.
• Course Day 4: (*)
  June 8, 08:30 am – 05:30 pm, Dubai (UAE) – HANDS-ON SESSION
  Now is the time to apply firsthand the concepts learned during the first three days of the course.

For organizational purposes and to give all participants a chance to actually be involved in the hands-on experience, we must limit participants of hands-on session to 20. 
Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The price for participation in this practical session is 220 EUR per participant. 
Included in the price: lunch and coffee break during the course.
Hotel and transportation to/from the course location are NOT included.

(*) It is not mandatory to attend all online sessions to take part in the hands-on session.
